She does not remove them herself, we do refer out to oral surgeons for this procedure. We have an amazing group of oral surgeons we refer to based on insurance needs.

Will my insurance cover this?
Unfortunately, there is never a guarantee of payment with insurance companies. We can take all the precautionary steps for payment, send in for pre-authorizations and make phone calls, even submit appeals, but nothing is ever a guarantee of payment. In that case, the patient is held responsible for what the insurance company does not cover.

Sandia Heights Dental Care offers several methods of billing or statement payments for our patients. We take all credit cards, checks, cash and we will also send out texts to pay. When you arrive, we make sure we have your preferred method of verbal and billing communications so we know how to proceed.

Our first method of communications for appointments is through an automated text messaging system but if you prefer phone calls, you just need to let us know. Otherwise, you will receive texts reminding you of your upcoming appointment.

We offer an in-house dental discount plan called the My Dental Plan. It starts the day you sign up for it and lasts for one year. It includes 2 regular cleanings, 1 exam, 1 full set of x-rays and a fluoride treatment.
